the first session is a time to get to know each other. this often includes reviewing the intake form, and talking about what led you to reach out for support. confidentiality - and limits to confidentiality - is discussed. we end the session by identifying plans and priorities for future sessions.

a session is 50 minutes in length. if you are looking for something shorter or longer, please reach out and we can discuss.

at this time, I do not.

after a session and receipt of payment, I send you a receipt with all the details that you require to request reimbursement from your extended health provider (if applicable).

I am located in the fort oak centre, at 1627 fort street (above the shoppers drug mart, and beside the urban grocer)

there is free parking available in the fort oak centre parking lot, in front of shoppers drug mart.
