a little about me…
areas that I specialize in:
managing life changes and transitions
stress management
self-regulation (including interoceptive awareness)
goal setting & problem-solving
parent support
fostering healthy relationships
self-care strategies to support and enhance well-being
using a neurodivergent-affirming approach to practice
in my sessions, I focus on relationship building. by taking the time to develop a connection, it helps establish the foundation of a therapeutic relationship. I ask questions, listen to the responses, and help my clients feel heard and understood.
when I am not working, I can often be found walking or biking around the city, exploring various parks, playgrounds, and beaches with my two young kids!
